HEALTHY PANCAKES
That’s what happend with me, me and my mom had some quality time and of course we both felt like we wanted something to eat!
That’s when I came up with these lovely skinny banana pancakes.
Beside it’s healthy it’s also really easy to make! Thumbs up for people who aren’t the best cooks, like me.
3 ingredients, how hard can it be? To give it an extra touch I used honey and strawberries.
If you like to alternate, you can mix apple or oatmeel through your paste.
Let’s start with this!
Necessities
For 4 to 5 pancakes:
Two bananas
——————————
Two eggs
——————————
Teaspoon cinnamon
——————————
Honey
——————————
Red fruit
1. Mash the bananas and mix this with the eggs and cinnamon
2. Put the pan on low heat and make sure it is adequately lubricated. I used coconut oil but you can also use other oils or butter
3. Pour the paste in small quantities in the pan. When the bottom of the pancake begins the colors you can flip them.
4. Serve the pancakes there by stacking a few. Drip a little honey or agave syrup over it and top with fresh strawberries!
