4 Mistakes You Make That Ruining Your Hair

This week I went to the hairdresser to cut my hair shorter and to get a new color with highlights.
My hair ends wear dry and thin, so it was time to blow in some new life. Every time when I’m at the hair dresser it comes to mind that there are a couple of things we do to our hair, what completely ruins it! It starts by using the wrong brush, so time to investigate our problems and to look for better solutions!
Plus you have to find yourself a good hairdresser.

My hair is my identity

Using The Wrong Hair Brush

A lot of people, including me are using the wrong brush. From detangling your wet hair to getting it in shape in the mornings. It’s time to invest in a new brush with flexible bristels that is gentle and won’t causes split ends.

Rubbing Your Hair With A Towel

This was something I did for a very long time until someone told me it damages your hair! It causes frizzy hair and breakage. For those who have thick hair invest in soft- absorbent towels, for others try to dab your hair instead of rubbing!

Not Going To The Hairdresser

We all think that not going to the hairdresser helps to get us long hair. It’s the worst thing you can do! So with your next visit you can say goodbye to your long locks since not going means split and broken hair ends.
You need to trim your hair once in a couple of months to let it grow thick and healthy.

Wash Your Hair Too Often

Washing your hair too often causes split ends of course but it also weaken the the hair shafts. Try to temper it to 3 or better 2 times a week. With a good dry shampoo no one will notice the difference.
